Victorian Valance

M'Fay Patterns. This rod pocket valance can be used with a standard curtain rod or with a 2 1/2" continental rod. It can be made with or without a 2" header, with jabots or with simple returns. The elaborate headers are sleeves on a 2 1/2" continental rod, installed separately to hug the top of the valance. These sleeves can also be used to create beautiful window trearments on their own. Fabric suggestions: Light to medium-weight fabrics.
