The one-of-a-kind square hoop shape is the key to achieving ideal tension in every direction of your work area. The Hoop's incredible design will not pull you fabric on the diagonal; it naturally tensions the quilt across the woven grain of the fabric, from side to side, not from corner to corner. The Optional EdgeTool system provides the perfect way to achieve ideal tension in your work-area as you finish off the borders. The square outer hoop adjusts to accoomodate a variety of quilt thicknesses. The Poly and Wood Swivel hoops rest on slender curved brackets making it easy and comfortable to reach every inch of the work-area. The hoop's swivel motion is controlled with a single knob loosen the knob to rotate or angle your work-area. Simply tighten the knob to lock in the desired position. The brackets are connected to the ball swivel allowing you to rotate the hoop 360-degrees and position the hoop at virtually any angle. there is a 14" square work area with the hoop and base plate attached together in the corners with a 4" space in between.
