Shipped Packed in poly bag 9" x 12". 17" white elastic 3/8" wide stitched on sides to slip over end of ironing board to hold in place. 1/4 " edges serged with 700 F heat resistant thread. Especially helpful for long hemming/pressing projects, making bias tape and more.
