4 1/2" inch knife edge thread nippers, double-plated chrome over nickel, packaged in hangbag. The knife edge model is capable of cutting through thick layers of fabric along with heavier yarns. This model can be used for tasks such as clipping curves along with cutting thread and yarn of all types. The index finger rests underneath the nippers while the thumb goes on top - the middle finger goes through the loop to stabilize the frame while index finger and thumb push blades together to peform the cutting action.
